SOLÉNA offers a thoughtfully designed setting for wellness professionals and small-business owners looking for a beautiful, peaceful space to bring people together. Ideal for guided meditation, Reiki, mindfulness, wellness workshops, 

and similar experiences.

Our Wellness Rates

We understand the needs of small business owners hosting classes and workshops. Our wellness rates are intentionally different from our private gathering rates to make SOLÉNA accessible to independent practitioners looking for a space to share their offerings and build their community.

Intimate Private Gatherings

SOLÉNA is also available for private gatherings in a setting designed to feel warm, elevated, and unlike a traditional event venue. Perfect for bridal showers, book clubs, women’s gatherings, small celebrations and other intimate occasions.

2 Hours — $250
3 Hours — $350
4 Hours — $450
Each Additional Hour — $100

Rental time includes all setup and cleanup time.

Availability

Mondays + Tuesdays
11:30 AM–6:30 PM

2-hour minimum reservation.

Sundays are available on a limited basis by request, with a 3-hour minimum reservation.

All dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation.

The Space

SOLÉNA offers an intimate gathering area, four zero-gravity chairs, flexible seating, two round tables, and an additional folding table and chairs available upon request. 

​

Optional Beverages

$30 | Up to 10 guests

$3 per additional guest

A selected assortment of beverages is available for your gathering, including bottled water, sparkling water, flavored sparkling drinks, and tea. The beverage package includes reasonable use throughout your reservation.

Refreshments 

Outside food is welcome. Light refreshments, catered items and other prepared foods may be brought into the space. To help preserve the SOLÉNA environment, food and beverages must remain in designated gathering areas. All food, beverages and related waste must be removed at the end of your reservation. Cooking and food preparation on-site are not permitted.

 

Wellness Professional Requirements

Wellness professionals are independently responsible for maintaining any certifications, licenses or permits applicable to the services they provide. Proof of applicable credentials and current liability insurance may be required prior to confirming a reservation. SOLÉNA provides the space only and does not employ, supervise or provide the services offered by independent practitioners.

Reservation & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your reservation.

Your reserved time includes all setup and cleanup. Please select a rental period that allows sufficient time to prepare the space and return it to its original condition before the end of your reservation.

Please Note

Our space is best suited for small gatherings, classes, and workshops due to its intimate size. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtfully curated environment, children’s parties and child-focused events are not permitted.

All gatherings are subject to approval and must be appropriate for the setting, intended use, and capacity of the space. SOLÉNA reserves the right to decline events that do not align with the environment or intended use of the space.

Pedicure services are not available during private gatherings, workshops, or wellness experiences.

Reservations are for use of the space only.
